Heart & Soul – Annual Sales & Marketing Meeting

Role: Graphic Designer & Visual Theme Lead

Scope: Internal branding for the company’s yearly Sales & Marketing Meeting, held in Coral Gables, Miami, with a focus on forward-thinking marketing and sales strategies.

Concept: Drawing inspiration from vintage Miami postcards, Miracle Mile ephemera, and old-school travel imagery, the visual identity leaned into a warm, nostalgic mood that celebrated the meeting’s setting. Textures, retro typography, and curated archival photos helped transport the team into a dreamy, mid-century version of Coral Gables.

Contributions:

  • Created the overall theme and visual direction for the event, titled "Heart & Soul"

  • Designed a full suite of branded materials including:

    • Event logo

    • Vintage-style itinerary

    • Custom slideshow template for presentations

  • Sourced and manipulated archival imagery and retro textures to build a cohesive, story-driven design system

  • Ensured all visuals reflected the warmth, ambition, and cultural energy of both Miami and the company’s internal team spirit

Result: A distinctive and immersive internal event identity that energized the team, elevated presentation delivery, and turned a standard meeting into a styled, memorable experience.
